General Shipping

We currently ship to the USA, US territories, APO/FPO addresses and Canada only.  Shipments typically leave our warehouse within one business day of receiving the order.  Our standard shipping partner is FedEx. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes therefore shipments to P.O. Boxes may be delayed one additional day and will be shipped via another carrier.  We reserve the right to adjust carriers as necessary, while retaining your original level of service.

Shipments To Canada

We currently ship to Canada one of two ways:

1. UPS International Ground (Primary): This is the least expensive shipping method to Canada, however it does not include free customs clearing by UPS.  If necessary, the customer will need to arrange for the package to pass through customs.  In most cases, there are no delays, and we do include invoices for customs in international shipments. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY APPLICABLE TAXES OR DUTIES DUE PRIOR TO DELIVERY.
2. United States Postal Service - No guaranteed delivery time and only used for small items which may fit in an envelope or a flat rate box.

(Prices do not include any applicable taxes or duties.  All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event these are not paid,  DPX Paint reserves the right to charge the customers credit card for any outstanding amounts plus a service charge of $10.00.)

DPX Paint is happy to offer FREE Economy Shipping on orders over $99.  The free shipping offer applies to shipments within the continental US.   Shipments to APO/FPO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may result in extra shipping costs. Please contact us for a quote  and include your city, state an postal code.

Orders shipped for free may be shipped by a different carrier at the discretion of DPX Paint. DPX Paint reserves the right to adjust the shipping method to FedEx Ground if a package includes paint.
